  • Built and enhanced a production support chatbot with multi-channel handling, secure fallback flows, and seamless escalation to live agents through Chatwoot.
  • Improved support response quality by implementing intent-based routing, channel-specific response handling, and robust error fallback for uninterrupted user experience.
  • Developed an AI gateway layer to intercept, route, and normalize user requests before sending them to downstream models, reducing unnecessary LLM calls and improving control.
  • Added gateway-level response post-processing, session monitoring, and integration safeguards to make chatbot behavior more reliable, observable, and production-ready.
